YZP Series Three-Phase Asynchronous Slip Ring Motors For Crane/Electric Hoist

YZP series variable frequency speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motors for lifting and metallurgy combine the characteristics of three-phase 

asynchronous motors for lifting and metallurgy with the advantages of variable frequency speed regulation. They have the characteristics of large overload 

capacity, high mechanical strength, wide speed regulation range and stable operation. They can be used for various types of lifting and metallurgical 

machinery or other similar equipment, and in occasions of frequent starting, braking and reversing.

Advantages:

1. The protection level is IP54, and the cooling fan protection level is IP23.

2. The motor cooling method is fully enclosed axial fan cooling (IC416) (customizable).

3. The motor insulation level is F (for general environment) and H (for metallurgical environment), and a special insulation structure is used to adapt to the 

impact of high-order harmonic voltage.

4. The motor stator terminal box is located at the top of the base, and can also be located on the right or left side of the base according to user requirements.

5. The VPI varnishing process is used to improve the overall insulation capacity and mechanical strength.

6. The special rotor design is used to improve the efficiency and torque of the motor.

Conditions of use:

1. Ambient air temperature does not exceed 40℃ (for general environment), 60℃ (for metallurgical environment).

2. Relative humidity ≤ 90%.

3. Altitude does not exceed 1000m.

4. Frequent starting, braking (electrical or mechanical) and reversing.
